We recommend bringing the following kit to all our events:
- Running shoes or walking boots
- Running gear
- One litre capacity water bottle or water hydration pack, plus a reusable or collapsible cup for drinks at checkpoints
- Long trousers / leggings
- Thermal top
- Buff / warm hat
- Emergency silver blanket
- Mobile phone, fully charged and with an ICE (in case of emergency) contact saved in your phonebook
- Head torch and spare batteries (absolutely vital).
Optional – your own map of the route or area covering the event e.g. a map of the Ridgeway.
