Kit List

We recommend bringing the following kit to all our events:

  • Running shoes or walking boots 
  • Running gear
  • One litre capacity water bottle or water hydration pack, plus a reusable or collapsible cup for drinks at checkpoints
  • Long trousers / leggings
  • Thermal top
  • Buff / warm hat
  • Waterproof
  • Whistle
  • Emergency silver blanket
  • Mobile phone, fully charged and with an ICE (in case of emergency) contact saved in your phonebook
  • Head torch and spare batteries (absolutely vital).

Optional – your own map of the route or area covering the event e.g. a map of the Ridgeway.
