March Newsletter

Welcome to the March edition of the XNRG newsletter. Here at HQ we have a spring in our step as the bulbs begin to pop their heads above ground and the birds are a welcome soundtrack to our runs. Spring is definitely in the air!

We've had a busy start to the year, and last weekend enjoyed getting out and about on our Amersham Ultra Marathon. Taking in 31 miles over the beautiful Chiltern Hills, £12,000 was raised for worthwhile African charity Humanity Direct who help children in Uganda and Somalia to have much needed life saving operations (You can view their heartwarming thank you message here). We saw superb times from our winners Justin Montague (1st place, 03:56) and Sophie Carter (2nd place, 04:01) and there were heroic performances throughout the field, right down to the two Kates who finished as it was getting dark - inspirational, all of you!

As the days grow warmer and lighter, we know that you'll be keen to get out and train, so we would love to provide you with a few goals to work towards... read on for details of our early 2017 line up and get inspired!
